Our Team
Barrett Linburg
Barrett is a co-founding principal of Savoy and oversees the capitalization, structuring of the company’s investments, and deal sourcing. Barrett started investing in real estate in 2012 and enjoys learning about esoteric strategies which he implements to create excellent risk adjusted returns. He specializes in transactions with complex structures such as historic tax credits, opportunity zones, low-income restrictions, as well as the deconversion of fractured condos.
Barrett received his BBA and MBA from SMU Cox School of Business with a concentration in real estate and finance. He attends HPUMC and enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Heather, and their two daughters, Natalie and Abigail. He also enjoys playing golf, hiking, scuba diving and discussing all things OZ related.
Hunt Neurohr
Hunt is the Director of Development for Savoy and manages the company’s new construction projects. His development experience spans all multifamily product types in both suburban and urban-core markets within Texas. With a penchant for team-leading, Hunt enjoys working with municipalities, design teams, and capital partners to ensure all development processes are properly coordinated and project goals are achieved.
Hunt earned his BBA in Finance with Real Estate from Texas Christian University and participated in the John V Roach Honors College. Born and raised in Dallas, Hunt returned here to lead a career in real estate development. Previous real estate development experience includes Cypress Equities, Lennar Multifamily Communities, and Ojala Partners.
Bradley Olmstead
Bradley is Vice President of Development at Savoy, where he leads the full lifecycle of multifamily projects, from site acquisition and entitlements through construction and operations. He has completed more than $400 million in hospitality and multifamily projects across urban markets including Dallas, Nashville, Portland, and Raleigh.
Bradley holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business and a BA in History from SMU’s Dedman College of Humanities and Sciences. He also serves on the Associate Board for the Folsom Institute for Real Estate at SMU. Bradley and his family attend Watermark Community Church. Outside of work, he enjoys live music, coaching youth sports, and spending time with his wife and three children.
Jeremy Thomason
Jeremy is Vice President of Partnerships at Savoy, where he leads asset management and investor relations while cultivating key partnerships to support the firm’s multifamily investment platform. With more than two decades of experience across real estate, financial services, and technology, Jeremy brings a unique blend of strategic insight and operational expertise to Savoy’s growth.
Before joining Savoy, Jeremy served as EVP of Asset Management and Investor Relations at CAF Companies, a $4B multifamily investment firm, where he raised $50M in equity and oversaw performance across a 25,000-unit portfolio. He has also founded and managed multiple real estate ventures in Texas, held executive roles at CoreLogic and GE Capital, and launched Refuge Consulting to advise multifamily stakeholders on ESG strategies and innovation.
Jeremy earned his MBA from the University of Central Florida and a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University. Active in civic leadership, he serves on City of Richardson boards and the Executive Board of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas. Outside of work, he enjoys following his hometown teams and Texas A&M sports. Jeremy and his wife attend Chase Oaks Church in Plano, TX and have three adult children.
